First, we hope that this message reaches you all in good health. We feel great responsibility to continue to monitor and respond to the dynamic Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. Our top priority is the health and well-being of our customers, employees and the communities that we serve across North America. We have committed to doing everything in our power to support everyone’s evolving needs during this challenging time, while continuing to follow the guidelines from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) as well as other local and national health organizations.
We have encouraged all of our employees who are capable of doing so, to work remotely and are operating our distribution centers with as small a crew as manageable. We have implemented enhanced cleaning and sanitizing procedures along with social distancing and additional precautions, including frequent hand washing and limited meeting size and frequency. To date, thankfully, none of our employees have tested positive for COVID-19, but we are extremely aware of the gravity of the situation and the impact that it is having on healthcare workers, local communities and small businesses like yours and ours. We ask that you bear with us through any delayed responses from our team, as we increase our capabilities for working remotely.
