As we are all dealing with the unusual, evolving issues that are a result of the COVID 19/Coronavirus, I wanted to take a moment and communicate with you as to how we have prepared and are managing these issues as they relate to our operations and yours.
Even though our standards for cleanliness are extremely high, we are taking further steps to raise that standard even higher to meet the demands of this issue so that our employees are put in the position to know they can come to work at our facility without concern. We are in full operation.
Our team members are instructed to not come to the facility if they do not feel well and to follow the CDC protocol (referenced in our employee document). This refers to preventative measures as well as protocol should someone feel unwell.
Additionally all of our products are packaged in FDA regulated facilities and kept to the highest standards in the certification process.
We are also in constant communication with our suppliers, and continue to take measures to build and support the integrity of our supply chain. We will communicate any issues directly with you should they arise as we gather the appropriate information from our suppliers, freight carriers, and field support team.
